Hair Breakage in Autumn and Winter


Question: I have a question about hair in general. What is more they break in autumn and winter? I have naturally wavy hair, but I wear stiff. My hair curls a lot in the summer and during the winter break much. I hate wearing black because of dandruff. I would like to have the name of a good after-shampoo that does not add weight to my hair. I lighten my hair every 8-9 weeks.
