Healthy Curly Hair

Question: How do I know if my hair is healthy? What I mean is that I think my hair is damaged because I can not deal with me. (I have very curly hair that tangles easily.) But my mother told me that my hair is naturally like that and there is nothing to do to change them. I like the earrings I but I'm tired of seeing my lifeless hair.

Answer: I know many women with hair could not be more healthy and very curly, but who think that because of these loops and their volume, their hair is not healthy. I also know many women who have very damaged hair and who believe that their condition is due to the fact that the hair is curly.

To help avoid confusion, I often give indications show that the hair is healthy:

• Healthy hair is shiny and soft hair.
